All VASA New York pieces are made to order and carefully handcrafted in our studio.

As each piece is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
All sales are considered final.

We understand that purchasing fine jewelry online is a considered decision.
While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we’re always happy to help find the right solution for you.

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, we will gladly arrange a repair, exchange, or store credit upon review.

To assist you promptly, we may kindly request photos of the item and its packaging upon arrival.

Items must be returned in unworn condition, with all original packaging included.
All returns must be approved in advance.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We are unable to accept returns or provide compensation for delays caused by customs clearance.
