If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, vasa new york LLC will accept items for exchange or return. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10 day period are not accepted. If you would like to make a return, please email for a return authorization at: email@example.com (no refund will be granted without return authorization).
For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt.
vasa new york LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. Once your return is processed, credit will be issued for merchandise amount only. We do not refund shipping charges on return items.
A few select pieces may not be returnable. If that is the case, we will let you know BEFORE we process your order to give you an option to cancel the order.
